Good Cauliflower

This recipe was eaten by all of my children, and Taesya even asked for thirds.  We got garlic breath, but Ben says it’s “not as bad when the whole family has it.”  Want to know the benefits of cauliflower, click here.  And then make this easy, yummy recipe for your fam.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Trim and cut cauliflower into bit-sized pieces
  3. Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic together in a medium bowl.
  4. Toss in cauliflower and place in a large casserole dish in one layer.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes.  Toss well and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

    I wanted to make this with our dinner tonight but when I went to buy the cauliflower last night it was expensive. When I find a good deal on cauliflower I will definitely make this. Keep posting recipes! I need more ideas!

    I’d have to do it without the garlic because garlic loves me and stays with me…for a long time. And no one around me is happy!
